Graham Jones – Country Manager
Graham has over 30 years’ IT and Security industry experience including senior leadership positions with a variety of international organisations and UK PLCs. He has both SI, Var and Vendor experience.
Before joining Exclusive in 2013, Graham’s most notable success was at Integralis (now NTT Security), where he grew the business from a loss making £60million turnover to a profitable £160million in just 7 years.
Graham is widely respected throughout the enterprise technology industry, and is regularly quoted in the UK trade media.
As UK MD, Graham has full P&L responsibility and drives the UK strategy for this, the largest contributor to Exclusive Group.
Graham Aynsley – Finance & Operations Director
Graham joined Exclusive Networks in 2013 as Commercial Director following 8 successful years with Integralis/NTT Com Security, during which time he successfully completed an Exec MBA from Warwick Business School.
He brings with him 25 years of international experience within finance and commercial operations including financial management at Societe Generale based in Australia. This followed senior management roles in the City of London with Tullett Prebon, and UBS.
Graham is responsible for both the Finance and Operation departments at Exclusive Networks UK, reprising his role as F&O Director at NTT Com Security.
Liam O’Neill – Technical Services Director
Liam has spent over 30 years in the IT industry holding senior management positions in the corporate sector with vendors, VARs and now in distribution with Exclusive Networks. Liam’s wide range of experience with IBM mainframes, WAN’S, LAN’s and security leave him ideally positioned to understand the technical support, professional services and training needs of our clients and the impact bad planning and deployment can have on the security and networking infrastructure. Liam has a passion for delivering world class support and services to our clients.
Stuart Clark – Vendor Alliances Director
Stuart joined Exclusive Networks, then Arc Technology Distribution Ltd, in July 2003 after 3 years studying for a degree in Business and Management BA (Hons) at Sheffield Hallam University.
Stuart has developed with the business and has held multiple positions spanning both customer and vendor management. Having been responsible for recruiting and managing a number of Exclusive Networks Major Accounts spanning Boutique Security VAR¹s, Corporate Resellers and System Integrators, Stuart also led the team responsible for launching and evangelising technologies such as Kaspersky, Safeboot, Aladdin and Astaro into the UK Channel.
Now, he is focused on building Exclusive Networks’ solution set in the areas of Cyber Security and Mobility while also launching our NewTECH proposition to attract the next generation of security vendors to deliver into our partner channel.
Jennie Rogers – Head of Marketing
Jennie has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry. Joining Exclusive Networks in 2012 after 16 successful years at TechData.
As an experienced Marketing Manager within the IT Channel, Jennie understands the importance of working closely with channel partners and developing programmes that will enable both Vendors and Reseller partners to grow their business.
Jennie has an extensive knowledge of a variation of technologies from commodity products to high end networking and security solutions and understands how to market these technologies in different B2B markets.
She has a passion for Marketing and enjoys developing creative programmes that return a good level of ROI. Jennie’s key skills lie in Marketing planning and execution, research and reporting, and implementing marketing functions that differentiate her team from the rest of the channel.
Richard Carpenter – UK Sales Director
Richard has over 25 years’ experience in the IT Channel in Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Management roles. Richard previously spent 10 years running the IBM Software Business at Avnet Partner Solutions as well as holding Senior roles at Wick Hill Ltd and Westcon-Comstor.
Richard has overall responsibility for the Exclusive Networks Sales Teams. This means ensuring that our customers are benefiting and growing from the Value Added Services across the Exclusive Network Group.
Lee Widdowson – Divisional Sales Manager
Having worked IT Distribution for 20 years, Lee brings a wealth of experience in not only account management/vendor management but also leadership. Having started a career at OPEN Computing in the late `90s he forged a career with OPENPSL, Bell Micro and ARROW ECS where he was instrumental in bringing YoY growth taking the business from £32million to £168million. Lee bought structure and cohesion to the Nottingham office and was conducive in the training and promotion of many staff in the Nottingham office.
Lee is looking forward to the challenges and freedom that comes with working for a forward thinking agile Distributor and will look to replicate the success he has enjoyed so far in his career.
Helen Webber – HR Director
Joining Exclusive Networks in 2016, Helen has over 30 years of experience of providing guidance and advice to senior managers in start-up, growth and stable organisations. Her broad experience includes employee relations, talent acquisition, employee development and management. She has experience in various industries including Banking, retail and technology. Prior to joining Exclusive Networks, Helen was the Global Business Partner for the Consumer Technology Division of Underwriters Laboratories Ltd.
