Exclusive Networks takes over Cloudrise

Boulogne-Billancourt – December 05, 2020 – Exclusive Networks (Euronext Paris: EXN), a global cybersecurity leader, is acquiring 100 percent of Cloudrise. Cloudrise is a security services provider specializing in managed services and professional services for leading solutions in the areas of security access service edge, data security posture management and cloud native application protection platform.

The acquisition of Cloudrise is a further step in Exclusive Networks’ strategy to expand its global service capabilities. The VAD will leverage Cloudrise’s extensive expertise and experience with vendors such as Netskope, BigID and Cyer, some of the fastest growing cybersecurity companies.
