New feature set for Exclusive Networks’ “Exclusive Access” customer portal

Munich, Brunn am Gebirge, Schlieren, November 5, 2020. Exclusive Networks’ popular 24/7 customer portal “Exclusive Access”, which provides partners with real-time information on their sales and order transactions, has been expanded to include additional practical features, such as an e-commerce function. With these innovations, Exclusive Networks is making the portal an even more powerful tool for partners to make the purchasing process faster, more transparent and more user-friendly. In the online seminar on November 12, resellers and corporate customers can find out more about the innovations in detail.

The web-based customer portal “Exclusive Access” went live in April last year in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Since then, Exclusive Networks’ partners have been using the portal very intensively. The core of the tool is a comprehensive order overview including delivery data. In Germany and Austria, an overview of available stock in real time is also included. Exclusive Access makes collaboration between resellers, vendors and distributors noticeably easier and faster. The various project details are brought together in real time, making project management much easier.

Optimized functions

Thanks to the close contact and exchange between Exclusive Networks and its partners, important functions have now been added to the portal. Various areas have been optimized, such as offer management. Here, customers can now not only view the status of their offers, but also directly request changes and renew expired offers, as well as place orders directly based on offers. When tracking orders, delivery notes can now be downloaded directly and specialist retailers can manage their Fortinet and Palo Alto Networks renewals centrally.

On the newly implemented e-commerce platform – available in Germany and Austria – customers can place orders directly. In the first step, the products of the vendor Fortinet are available, country-specific standard discounts and the partner status are automatically taken into account.
