Our experts then install the devices in the rack, either remotely or on site, install predefined configurations or assign IP addresses that your project team can use to carry out further installation remotely.

We coordinate the upcoming tasks; from scheduling, to signing off documents, to handover to the local NOC and much more. A pool of over 5,000 experts with on-site installation services in over 100 countries is available to you for this service. Engineer as a Service – On-site hardware replacement in over 100 countries

Support services often need to be extended by an engineer on site.

This is a challenge, especially for international projects. This is exactly where Exclusive Networks helps with Engineer-as-a-Service.

With this service, we ensure that your customers’ services are quickly restored as soon as the replacement appliance arrives. In more than 100 countries with over 5,000 engineers, defective appliances are replaced with new appliances on site and put back into operation.

As an extension to support, Engineer-as-a-Service offers you a reliable service with transparent billing based on an annual flat rate per device.

Provisioning as a Service (Staging or Pre Configuration)

With Provisioning-as-a-Service, we help our partners on top with the necessary staging of appliances before they are shipped to the end customer – even for appliances that were not purchased via Exclusive Networks.
