For our office in Berlin – Germany, we are looking for a:

Associate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Intern (f/m/d)

As an intern in the HR team, you will have the opportunity to engage on the company’s hiring process that can impact the organization by finding the best talents.

In this position you will be supporting our worldwide HR Team, composed of VP Group HR, People Tools and HR Program Manager and HR in countries ;  your mission will be to support the HR team on recruitment topics and to provide Exclusive Networks HR team with continuous focus on recruitment process improvement.

You will work hand in hand with the HR Team:

  • To write and post job ads
  • To define a sourcing strategy
  • To work proactively on a deep and updated market understanding,
  • To have a constant market watch (market understanding and anticipation on new jobs trends)
  • To work on candidates identification
  • To work on candidates selection (screening, phone screen)
  • To source profiles for our ongoing roles to ensure having permanent hot pipeline
  • To contribute to internal brief
  • To contribute and arrange the candidates interviews
  • To deliver regular proactive reports to your stakeholders to ensure a full real time visibility

Qualifications | Who you are:

  • The ideal candidate is an ambitious student currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in a top business school or university (gap year or ideally final year), with a previous relevant experience (HR preferred). A good business understanding of distribution and/or tech industries is a strong plus.

In your previous experience, you have demonstrated:

    • Must be organized, responsive and able to work independently
    • Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment, you like diversity
    • A first experience in Recruiting is ideal
    • You are a do-er, rigorous, tenacious and curious
    • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
    • Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers
    • Determination on search applicant, seek qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
    • Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy when working on candidates feedback
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and French
    • Good analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
    • You know how to convince and how to improvise
