For our office in Berlin – Germany, we are looking for a:

People Strategy Analyst Intern (f/m/d)

As an intern in the HR team, you will have the opportunity to engage on the company’s key HR topics and quickly learn about driving data that can impact the organization’s decision.

In this position you will be supporting our worldwide HR Team, composed of VP Group HR, People Tools and HR Program Manager and HR in countries ;  your mission will be to support the HR team projects and to provide Exclusive Networks HR team with continuous analytical support

You will work hand in hand with the HR Team:

  • To provide support to the Exclusive Networks HR Team on data analytics part
  • To participate in HR Project management ongoing with HRIS tool implementation (Phase II)
  • To assist with process improvement projects in accordance with the existing HR processes  with an emphasis on automation (dashboard) and reporting/analytics
  • To check Data accuracy check in systems
  • To support HR program Management (Survey, Performance …)
  • Additional tasks may include data audits, documenting process instructions, change management and other support as needed

You will also work with the rest of the team to provide continuous support (e.g. Operations and Finance Team)

Qualifications | Who you are:

  • The ideal candidate is an ambitious student currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in a top business school / engineering or university (gap year or ideally final year), with a previous relevant experience (HR preferred). A good business understanding of distribution and/or tech industries is a strong plus.

In your previous experience, you have demonstrated:

    • Good analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
    • Experience with advanced Excel functionality ((knowledge of Power BI is a plus) and HRIS tools
    • Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy when working with data and reports
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and French.
    • Practicality and effectiveness in your daily work, prioritizing key tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
    • Must be organized, responsive and able to work independently
    • Ability to help in preparing training materials and process documentation
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Ideally, a strong record of leadership in an academic or extracurricular setting.
