As a Exclusive On Demand (X-OD) Sales Manager at Exclusive Networks, you will be a key individual contributor responsible for delivering consistent and predictable revenue growth through value selling in your respective territory. You will play a key role in developing the Exclusive On Demand business unit.

X-OD is an on-demand platform that brings together and enhances all of Exclusive Networks’ products and services in one, user-friendly place. The platform is the centre of a new digitalised technology distribution ecosystem that is connecting the full value chain, bringing vendors and resellers closer to their customers.

You will report directly to the Sales director.

Your missions will include:

Drive a constant opportunity pipe to close as many deals as possible:

  • Generate your own pipeline by handling inbound leads, working with other sales team, sourcing referrals, and maintaining relationships with lost opportunities
  • Handle those coming from Marketing, Vendors sales rep, your Exclusive Networks sales colleagues
  • Qualify the needs of prospects
  • Present the solution (product demo and build offer)
  • Demonstrate the added value of X-OD
  • Make commercial proposals
  • Close as many deals as possible


Be the owner of the X-OD value proposition to enable and educate your local environment:

  • Vendors: Build trusted relationship with vendors sales team to drive constant education and generate deals through vendors direct touch teams
  • Resellers: Enable and drive enablement and onboarding of reseller onto X-OD on both the platform and our X-OD offers
  • Exclusive Sales Representatives: act a local owner and go-to-point for the X-OD offers, constantly educate our local sales team and drive them to onboard partners and close deals


Be a key player in the development of X-OD:

  • Provide new ideas to improve the product
  • Setting up strategies adapted to each customer and collaborating with various internal departments and/or partners (product managers, sales team, X-OD central team, etc.) to improve the offer and customer service
  • Be the key player in the performance of the sales team and the company



As a Sales Manager X-OD, you can demonstrate the following skills:

  • 5+ year experience in IT services industry within an MSP (Managed Service Provider) / MSSP (Managed security service provider)
  • Progressive ‘hands-on’ style, with the credibility, resilience to succeed in a dynamic and highly customer/partner focused commercial environment
  • Experience using CRM systems effectively for team/business/ operational management and reporting
  • Results-driven and capable of driving change in complex environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
