Due to business expansion, we are looking for the position of Presales Engineer – Security to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia.

We are looking for presales engineers who are passionate about ICT security, from networking to endpoint technologies.

In your role you will:

• work with cutting edge IT security vendors to position solutions to a wide audience of business partners (resellers) as well as customers (end-users)
• focus your activities on partners and customers in the Adriatics region
• work in an international business environment
• deliver technical presentations and content
• frequently support and interact with partners regarding new technical solutions and partner education updates
• provide support to our Internal sales team

What we’d love to see (but not mandatory):

• 2+ years of experience working with or administering IT security solutions: from antimalware to network security (firewall, web gateway, CASB, IPS, etc.)
• having working experience in any of the products in Exclusive networks portfolio is a plus (for ex. Trend Micro, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, F5 Networks, etc)
• familiar with enterprise infrastructure technologies: virtualization (Vmware, HyperV, etc.), MS Active Directory, identity and access management
• scripting syntax knowledge: experience constructing bash or Powershell scripts
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• excellent English communications internally, corporation-wide, and externally
• driving license, B cat. active driver
• positive attitude and teamwork spirit
• ability to work independently as well as a team member
