Thales SafeNet Trusted Access (STA) Certification Course

The three-day course now combines both

  • The knowledge that is necessary for managing SafeNet Trusted Access and practical understanding of how to deploy STA services
  • The knowledge that is necessary for managing Access Control to cloud applications and SAML based services with STA.

The SafeNet Trusted Access (STA) Certification Course is recommended for anyone is responsible for ongoing management, installation or support of a SafeNet Trusted Access portal. This includes network managers, information security managers, systems administrators, installers, sales engineers, system engineers, professional services engineers (presales and post sales) and technical support professionals.

There are no pre-requisites for attending the course, however, some basic knowledge of the following is beneficial:

  • Two factor authentication / Multi factor authentication
  • RADIUS and /or SAML
  • Windows authentication
  • A basic understanding of Active Directory, PKI and Kerberos.

People who will administer, install and configure the Safenet Trusted Access Service

2. What are the main subjects covered?

2 Factor Authentication, integration via API, Agent RADIUS or SAML to secured systems, Policy-based access control. LDAP integration to Active Directory.
