Exclusive Networks will mobilise level 1 field service engineers (FSE) to attend end user sites in response to a customer / end user reported hardware failure. The FSE will attend site within the agreed SLA, perform a local visual assessment of the device and will impart a local fix, supported by the customer or end user remote technical support teams where required, by replacing field replaceable parts or full device swap outs.
