About the role

The Exclusive Networks PH team is looking for Business Development Manager to join us in Manila


  • Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
  • Determine key business development KPIs
  • Work with Product Managers and Channels teams
  • Do a regular market research
  • Communicate with end users
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers
  • Negotiate deals
  • Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
  • Support team members

Business Development Manager requirements and qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales management, or relevant fields
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
