Regional Sales Account Manager Iceland

About the role

To assist our development and develop our presence throughout Iceland we are in search of a Regional Sales Account Manager Iceland.

Job purpose

Sales account manager will work with high-potential development accounts to drive increased revenues from multiple vendor lines. Day-to-day duties is meeting and consulting with customer contacts in order to execute a business plan covering Commercial, Technical, and marketing objectives identified to increase spending with Exclusive Networks.

Accountabilities and activities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with sales teams and key stakeholders within the customer
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales with the customer
    • Sell more of existing vendor
    • Review renewal opportunities to identify upsell opportunities (License attach rate, refresh opportunity, multi-year)
    • Introduce complimentary technology to increase sales
    • Promote and sell Exclusive Group functions (Exclusive Capital, ITEC, Global shipping)
    • Promotes and sell Exclusive Networks Branded support and services
  • Liaise with Vendor & Customer representatives to develop the overall business and specific opportunities
  • Utilise expert resources available to deliver specific onsite activities promoting revenue growth
  • Deliver accurate business reporting (forecasting, meeting reports, follow up actions)
  • Work closely with aligned internal resources to maximise customer satisfaction

Person specification (required qualifications, training and experience)

While the role is commercial facing, the successful candidate will be able to articulate the business challenges Cyber security presents organisations while evangelising specific technologies we sell to combat these.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Thorough knowledge of the IT sales channel
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Full, valid Driving License
  • Excellent presentation skills

Travel requirement

Travel to attend customer meetings is essential.
