Solution Consultant, Post-Sales Support is to focus on networks, endpoint, cloud, security, and application technologies. Implement and installation by product and solution. Provide support and troubleshooting by product and solution.

Who we are looking for

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Network Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology.
  • Experience 3 year in Network / Internet Security Engineer.
  • Expert level experience with networking products and applications and cloud technology.
  • Knowledge on Network Device, Switch and Router, IP, WAN, LAN.
  • Knowledge on Security Device, Firewall, Web Application Firewall, Security Gateway Solution.
  • Knowledge on Endpoint and EDR Solution, DLP Solution.
  • Knowledge on Cloud Solution is a plus.
  • Knowledge on DNS, DHCP, IPAM Solution and Microsoft AD is a plus.
  • JavaScript or Phyton ability is a plus.
  • Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously.
  • Good attitude and self-learning skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and across various organization level.
