Solution Consultant, Pre-Sales Support (F5 Networks)

About the role

Solution Consultant, Pre-Sales Support is to work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations. Your job will also include understanding the customer’s needs and pitching the company’s products as suitable solutions.

Job Description

  • Deliver remote technical services to our customers.
  • Prepare and comply F5 RFP and tender for partner.
  • Design and consulting partner about F5 solution requirement.
  • Prove of concept of F5 product family.
  • Present and lead seminar for F5 product family.
  • Proactively and optimally connect with both local F5 vendor and Regional Pre-Sales Consulting Teams.
  • Maintain a level of proficiency of F5 products and technologies, through self-directed and formal training.
  • Be proactive and see opportunities to improve processes, tools, documentation and skills.
  • Collaborate with your F5 colleagues when required.
  • Study hard to acquire and maintain F5 Certifications.
  • Keep our customers satisfied, through demonstrating technical knowledge and superb communication. 

Who we are looking for


  • Fluent in English and understand technical concepts and terminology.
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • F5 Certification.
  • Public Cloud Certification
  • Kubernetes Certification CKA or CKAD.
