The Inside Sales Specialist/Partner Success Account Manager is essential to the success of the sales team. The ideal candidate would support the ongoing growth of Exclusive Networks internal account management teams within pods through quoting, providing administrative support, and offering excellent customer service to partners in order to aid the team in achieving margin targets.

The Inside Sales Specialist/Partner Success Account Manager is essential to the success of the sales team. The ideal candidate would support the ongoing growth of Exclusive Networks internal account management teams within pods through quoting, providing administrative support, and offering excellent customer service to partners in order to aid the team in achieving margin targets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high level of customer support to internal & external teams, issuing quotes, assisting with renewals and purchase orders, and assisting with administrative tasks when necessary (may include financing help, deal registration, and deliveries/logistics)
  • Acting proactively regarding renewals, identifying upsell/cross sell opportunities
  • Responsively and accurately maintaining and exceeding SLAs
  • Using your consultative selling and analytical skills for outbound phone/email communications with assigned accounts
  • Understanding a diverse range of vendor products and ensuring that knowledge of features and pricing is up to date
  • Ensuring that CRM database is up-to-date with the correct opportunity status

Essential skills for the ideal candidate include:

  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and efficient
  • Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify a client’s needs and respond accordingly

Preferred attributes but not necessary are:

  • Knowledge of IT Industry – knowledge of our vendors would be excellent
  • Previous use of NetSuite and CRM systems
