IT Administrator/Helpdesk Support

About the role

  • Set up new employee daily productivity equipment and operation
  • Recycle/refresh employee leaver equipment to be ready for re-deployment
  • Provide local and remote employee IT Helpdesk support including all desktop and laptop computers, VPN, printers, office productivity applications and tools
  • Manage and monitor local office wired and WiFi network
  • Manage IT equipment and accessories
  • Communicate with Global IT for any local IT support demand

Who we are looking for

  • AS degree or equivalent, or IT related certificate(s)
  • Skilled in installation and troubleshooting desktop and laptop computers, MS Windows OS (Windows 10), MS Office products and services
  • Familiar with network protocols such as TCP/IP and VoIP
  • Great communication and customer-facing skills
