About the role

Exclusive Networks is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Regional Services Sales Director with a passion for services. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of the business value of technology to support the services sales growth strategies for our North American business.

Services Sales is one of the most important areas to drive increased customer satisfaction and brand loyalty that in turn will support future growth in all areas of
our business at Exclusive Networks. Reporting to the VP of Global Sales, GO, the successful candidate will drive the efforts in North America

The Regional Services Sales Director is responsible for new client acquisitions, maintaining strong relationships and up-selling of new services revenue streams into existing clients. The position carries a personal sales quota. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving services sales with the Exclusive Networks team. Working with key stakeholders across the Exclusive Networks local subsidiaries, the Regional Services Sales Director is responsible for delivering on our strategic services go to market plan in region and jointly with our Global Services Operation team, will be driving our Services growth throughout the global
business.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Be the expert in all Exclusive Networks services capabilities
  • Cross team collaboration with regional stakeholders
  • Execution on the regional services go-to-market plan
  • Specific focus on developing new business with existing customers
  • Provide ongoing development of local sales teams to develop a services mindset
  • Maintain high level of engagement within region sales leaders and sales teams
  • Consistent engagement with service advisory board and services sales desk

Key Deliverables:

  • Achievement of sales gross profit targets
  • Identification, qualification and management of ‘named accounts’ in region
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast through NetSuite
    Develop initiatives, strategies, and programs to win new services sales in key accounts
  • Communicate the value proposition through effective proposals and presentations
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate Account Development Plans
  • Provide Regional support for GO accounts where required

Who we are looking for

Key Attributes:

  • 10+ years of demonstrable success in IT services sales
  • 5+ years in a leadership role
  • 5+ years of distribution channel experience
  • Thorough understanding of the external market, and able to identify opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to travel: approx. 25%
