Group Internal Audit Manager

About the role

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Group Internal Audit Manager to specialize our Internal Audit Function within a dynamic Risk and Compliance team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a truly international environment, to cover financial, anti-corruption and export controls audits. You will be working with everyone within the organization, ensuring a global view of the company’s challenges.

Your main responsibilities

Internal Audit

  • Implement the Internal Audit plan approved by the Audit Committee
  • Facilitate the outsourced audits through planning and communication with the local teams
  • Review and redesign the audit work programs in relation with the company risk assessment
  • Ensure audit findings are accurately reported and recommendations are transformable into actions.
  • Follow-up monthly the remediation plans until full remediation,
  • Report key audit findings to the Risk and Compliance Director


  • Lead ad hoc investigations with or without the help of external consultants

Who we are looking for


  • 7-10 years of experience, in Internal or External Audit
  • Expertise and experience in anti-corruption programs,
  • Experience in Eastern Europe, Africa or Middle East is a plus
  • Previous experience with data analytics is a plus,
  • Available for travels (average 50%).


  • Leadership with strong energy level, capacity to mobilize the organization, drive change and have impact,
  • Strong communication and pedagogic skills, you appreciate to work in a team, used to work with interlocutors at any level of an organization
  • Natural authority and assertiveness, capacity to convince and enforce group positions,
  • Great experience and appetite to work in very international environments (40+ countries),
  • Appetite for data analysis.
