Jesper Trolle

Jesper is a vastly accomplished entrepreneurial channel business leader who joined Exclusive Networks as CEO in September 2020. Since starting out in his native Denmark building successful reseller and distribution businesses, Jesper has amassed almost three decades of executive experience and worked around the world at the head of multi-billion-dollar VAD organisations. He was President of the Americas for ECS Arrow prior to joining Exclusive and holds an MBA from the Henley Business School.

Neil has a tremendous track record in the distribution business spanning over two decades and is respected globally with vendors and partners alike. In his first senior IT role, Neil was the sales director at Data Guardian before co-founding a series of successful UK value added distribution businesses: Data Connectivity (acquired by Datrontech Group) and equIP Technologies (acquired by Matrix). In 2007 he co-founded VADition, which was acquired by Exclusive Networks in June 2011.

Pierre Boccon-Liaudet

CFO & Operations

Pierre Boccon-Liaudet joined Exclusive Networks in 2019 and brings over 25 years’ experience in international financial management. He leads on all aspects of finance and oversees the continual development of Exclusive Networks’ global financial platform and associated processes. He has a proven track record as a change-making CFO at major, high-growth global firms including Smartbox, Quiksilver and Schulmberger.

Philippe Bosquier

Philippe Bosquier

CIO

Philippe Bosquier began his role at Exclusive Networks in 2021, having occupied similar C-level/senior VP positions at DHL, Tech Data, LVMH and, most recently, Heppner. He began his career in technology 30+ years ago and has significant expertise in global supply chains both within and outside the distribution industry, successfully leading very large international ERP deployments with budget responsibility for hundred-million-dollar programmes.

Nicolas has a 10 years’ experience as a private equity investor at Omnès Capital (formerly Crédit Agricole Private Equity). Among others, he closed several transactions in the BtoB distribution industry and he contributed to the launch of strategic projects, such as the set-up of an infrastructure fund and a private equity business in Italy. He then joined Studialis, one of the French leaders in the for profit higher education market, as head of development and member of the executive committee. He was in charge of acquisitions and of strategic developments.

Andy Travers is a 25-year veteran of IT channel sales excellence, achieving success at reseller, VAD and large vendor organisations. As EVP of Global Sales and Marketing, Andy is responsible for steering Exclusive Networks to unprecedented revenues, heading up strategic alliances with major vendors, developing key relationships with GSIs and has executive control of global services. His previous roles include SVP and VP Sales positions on both sides of the Atlantic for Fortinet, as well as VP EMEA stints at F5 Networks and, most recently, RSA Security.

VP Strategy and Business Development

Alexandre Azouaou joined Exclusive Networks in 2017, since then he has been integral to global business acceleration projects, with transversal transformation initiatives. Alexandre continues to be one of the driving forces behind the company’s strategic continual evolution and now leads the implementation of Exclusive’s ‘Services 1st’ strategy, the expansion and development of X-OD our on demand offering, and our Business Excellence projects delivered across our territories. In his remit alexander will be drawing on his past experience gained in senior consultancy positions at firms including OC&C and Advancy. He holds an MSc (Science in Management) from HEC Paris and an MSc (International Management) from CEMS.

Laurence Galland is a HR veteran with over 15 years’ experience, during which she has generated an impressive track record in talent development and business evolution across large international teams. At Exclusive Networks, Laurence is responsible for people development and enabling the human potential of our brightest talent. She creates business value from HR through the application of data-driven strategies and supporting Exclusive’s agile, inclusive and unique business culture: L’Esprit Exclusive.

Group General Counsel & Group Compliance Officer

Vincent Savesi joined Exclusive Networks in 2016 and is the company’s principal legal authority. His combined roles as Group General Counsel and Group Compliance Officer reflect the importance of strategic risk and compliance management to Exclusive’s global business activities. Vincent has over 15 years’ senior experience gained across numerous industries, both at legal practices – Dechert LLP and Paul Hastings LLP – and in-house for major corporations including Groupe Renault.

Brian Vincik is a US channel veteran of over 40 years, with a wealth of senior-level experience and success. He joined Exclusive Networks in 2021 having been General Manager at Securematics where he took the Carlsbad, CA-based VAD on an impressive growth journey, and prior to that was at Hewlett-Packard where he headed up pre-sales consulting and helped grow the services business.

Christina Banker joined Exclusive in 2019 and is an accomplished and highly experienced sales leader with a 25-year track record of exceeding goals and expectations. Her achievements are characterised by significant revenue growth, which she has consistently realised in her previous roles at VMware, NetApp, Oracle, Fortinet and others.

Vice President Finance & Operations

Vanessa Delrieu has amassed more than 20 years’ experience in finance and operations at large enterprise organisations, joining Exclusive in 2016 and moving into her present VP role in 2019. Currently based in California, Vanessa’s previous roles (PwC, SAP, Danone) have taken her throughout Europe and North America. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the NEOMA Business School.

Having resided for 20 years in Singapore and for 3 years previously in Indonesia, Brad’s cultural, technological and commercial insights within the region bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Exclusive Networks APAC business.

Fabrice joined the APAC team in 2017 from a leading consulting firm where he delivered impactful projects for MNCs in the area of strategy, business transformation and performance management.

Michael Beesley is a business professional whose current focus as the Asia Pacific VP for Unified Communications (UC) with Exclusive Networks, is on business improvement through productivity using UC. Having worked in the communications industry for nearly 18 years and starting Transition Systems (now Exclusive Networks) Australia business in 2009, he knows what the true benefits of good communication and collaboration are for an organisation.

After completing a Bachelor of Commerce, he cut his teeth in Sales and Marketing with both Coca-Cola and Vodafone. With a passion for business, he later pursued entrepreneurial endeavours to varying degrees of success which in turn provided the foundations for success with Exclusive Networks.

Rachelle Berges joined Exclusive Networks in 2020 bringing with her a diverse and successful 20+ marketing track record from across APAC spanning both B2B and B2C MNCs. Building Modern Marketing and Demand Generating teams and capabilities she spent 3 years in Japan managing IBM accounts and 8 years based in Hong Kong with Motorola Enterprise Asia Pacific.

Based in Singapore for the past 8 years, Rachelle has managed the Huawei account within a WPP Marketing agency and launched UiPath across APAC.  Rachelle brings deep regional Marketing and Demand Generation expertise to the Exclusive Networks APAC business.

Alex Huang joined Exclusive Networks since 2011. Based in Singapore, he brings over 9 years of experience in Cyber Security industry with a strong background in Presales leadership and technical consultancy. He also drives the Cyber Security architecture strategies and best practices across the APAC region. Alex was the first in global to achieve the Palo Alto Networks CyberForce – Hero award.

Gerard Allison is a highly experienced senior executive with a 30+ year track record of building successful teams in EMEA, working at vendors such as Juniper Networks and, most recently, Gigamon. He joined Exclusive Networks in 2020. With his extensive expertise and knowledge of the IT and security markets combined with his commercial astuteness, entrepreneurial vision, relationship building and management skills, Gerard brings a wealth of experience to the EMEA business.

Kris Van den Bergh began his Exclusive Networks tenure in 2010, heading up the Benelux business before assuming his leadership of the northern Europe region in 2018. Kris is vastly experienced in sales and business development, with an acute technology and market understanding drawing on his background as a product manager. He holds a Master’s in Economics from the University of Antwerp.

Laurent Daudré-Vignier is a true veteran of Exclusive Networks, having joined in 2007 as managing director of the newly formed Spain/Portugal business. In 2015 he took leadership of southern Europe region, before being deployed to set up Exclusive Networks operations in North America in 2018, and later returning to his previous position. A graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion, Laurent’s extensive experience began in 1986 and his previous roles include general manager and founder of Attachmate Spain and Allasso Spain.

A former sales director at Exclusive Networks UK, where he played a pivotal role establishing the region as the company’s highest revenue earner, Nathan has nearly 20 years’ experience at the heart of the channel – both at leading distribution firms and vendors including Cabletron and F5. He was appointed to lead Exclusive’s Middle East region in 2016 having previously occupied the role of global director for vendor and strategic alliances.

Mariusz Kochański

Mariusz Kochański is a leading expert in central and eastern European distribution, having been at the helm of a highly successful regional VAD – Veracomp – for 30 years prior to its acquisition by Exclusive Networks at the end of 2020. Mariusz continues to lead this important growth market for Exclusive.
