Channel Manager: Enterprise

About the role

The Channel Account Manager will be responsible for growth and relationships with a selected list of some of our top managed partners in the enterprise space.

Key Skills

  • Create a strategic growth plan with your managed partners.
  • Align your partners growth plan with products and services that we have to offer.
  • Set strong but reachable goals with your partners
  • Implement strategic marketing and execution plans with your partner.
  • Hold regular activities with channels (QBRs, Sales & Pre-sales Enablement, Marketing, Business Planning. etc)
  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities through end customer engagement with your partner.
  • Use EXN sales process stages to evaluate deal progress and commits for your forecasts.
  • Hold quarterly QBR’s with your partner
  • Achieve your sales targets
  • Work together with other functional managers (Exclusive Networks & Principal Vendors) within the country (sales, pre-sales, marketing and inside sales) to achieve your goals.

Who we are looking for

Experience & Education

(Required Qualifications, Training, and Experience)

  • Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
  • 5-10 years of dynamic channel development experience
  • Based out of the Gauteng area
  • Tangible track record of building channel business successfully in a fast-growing environment
  • Key relationships at partner level is a requirement
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; presentation, customer, business, and negotiation skills
  • A strong understanding of the sales process and Business Needs of the named partners
