He is a recognized expert in the field of distribution in Central and Eastern Europe. From the very beginning, his IT career was associated with Veracomp, where he worked since 1992. 

For over 20 years, he served as a member of the management board, later being mainly responsible for development and relations with manufacturers in Poland and around the world. 

On January 1, 2021, he became the president of Veracomp - Exclusive Networks, and since February 3, 2022, he has headed Exclusive Networks Poland. He is also responsible for the CEE cluster, associating 18 countries in the region. 

He is a manager who understands the IT market very well, has knowledge of information technologies and dynamic changes taking place in the industry. A graduate of electronics at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. 

He has been involved in the IT industry since the early 90s. It was then that he and his colleagues founded Veracomp. When roles were divided in the newly established company, he was given finance. He received this area due to his interests and recently started studies at the University of Economics. 

His experience in financial management grew with the development of the company. He had to keep up with changing conditions to meet the expectations of both trading partners, manufacturers and employees. 

At Exclusive Networks Poland, he is responsible for finance, especially in the area of ​​working capital management, securing all risks related to the company's operations and financial reporting to the group. 

He graduated in electronics from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. In the IT industry since 1994,at first as a service engineer at Veracomp, and then one of the creators of the 

network department, network engineer, sales representative and sales manager. In 1999, he became the head of the Server and Mass Storage Department that he created. 

Today, working with the board and managers of Exclusive Networks Poland, he creates the company's strategy, 

develops sales of network, server-storage and cloud products and solutions. Apart from technology, he is interested in task planning systems and tools for personal efficiency, effectiveness of action, motivation and team work psychology. 

Outside of work, he is a keen tennis player, regularly training and taking part in amateur tournaments. Holder of the first category in chess. Smiling - usually, optimistic - always. 

He has been involved in the IT industry since 1994. He knew since his studies that the network was the future, which is why his first projects were related to the construction of city networks based on Cisco solutions. 

Over time, he realized how important it is to ensure an appropriate level of security of infrastructure and transmitted data. Ultimately, security became his professional hobby. 

Every form of communication ultimately aims to reach an understanding between people, so when faced with the choice between sales or technology, he chose the former. At Exclusive Networks Poland, he manages the security solutions department, combining both passions - cybersecurity and sales of solutions.

He took his first steps in the industry 25 years ago in the Telco sector, as a manager responsible for acquiring and servicing key B2B partners, for the Plus GSM network operator. Then he worked for the Czech distributor - Comdis Poland and Pronox Technology S.A. 

In 2009, he joined the Veracomp team as head of the product and sales department in the scope of solutions dedicated to the SMB, consumer and retail sectors. 

In his work, he is most fascinated by new challenges and the constant technological evolution to which the entire ecosystem is subject. He derives a lot of satisfaction from leading a competent team, always ready to build a world of trusted IT solutions together with business partners. 

At Exclusive Networks Poland, he manages the sales and product department, offering SMB & Gaming solutions. He is responsible for developing relationships and strengthening cooperation with manufacturers, as well as developing effective strategies for the sales channel. 

She has 29 years of experience in marketing, which she gained in Polish and international companies. She is an expert in the development and implementation of modern solutions and marketing tools. 

With her diverse experience and comprehensive knowledge, she actively supports the marketing and PR team she leads at Exclusive Networks Poland. 

On a daily basis, she works directly with IT experts, among whom she is valued as an advisor 

in the field of designing and implementing changes in the area of ​​sales strategy, optimizing structures 

and solutions, building effective communication, culture and values ​​in the organization. She is characterized by creativity, openness to new ideas, cooperation and dialogue. She promotes responsible marketing and authentic Employer Branding. 

She began her professional career over 25 years ago. Initially, she worked as an air freight forwarder. While holding various logistics positions, she had the opportunity to develop her communication skills, search for solutions and adapt to changes. That is why HR appeared in her area of ​​interest in parallel with logistics. 

For 18 years, first at Veracomp and currently at Exclusive Networks Poland, she has co-created and implemented the company's strategy in the field of personnel policy and supported the implementation of HR processes. She cooperates with other managers in the field of recruitment, training, career development, consulting related to labor law, employment and employee sentiment research. She also implements company-wide HR projects in Poland and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe. 

She values ​​contact with people, openness and truthfulness. She is fascinated by 19th-century English literature and the art of garden design. She is interested in social behavior, in particular the dynamics of a group and its impact on an individual.
