Product Manager (Slovenia)

About the role

You will be responsible for growing our business by focusing on selling our security vendors. You will penetrate new divisions and organizations, detect warm leads and expand your assigned accounts. Next to that, you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle.

You identify and influence decision makers and stakeholders (internal and external). You will work closely with the Pre-Sales team whenever high-technical issues are involved.

In this role, you will be reporting to the country manager and be part of a dynamic team. You make proper use of specified company tools and processes to manage sales within and across borders.

You will utilize a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospects and develop a formal sales presentation or proposal that meets the prospects’ business needs.

You will build and lead a sales pipeline.

You will establish value proposition and win strategy for all qualified opportunities. You will identify and craft a strategy for beating the competition.

You will submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecast to the line management.

You will develop an account management plan to leverage the complementary Exclusive networks.

You will build, develop and strengthen the business relationship with multiple stakeholders and new accounts.

Who we are looking for

You have some years of sales experience at an IT organization and have a proven track record in managing and growing a client portfolio and winning deals.

You can define your own priorities and at the same time proactively improve ways of working, be a strong team player who is flexible and shares knowledge.

You have an excellent network or the ability to develop one on short term towards our defined business and you can negotiate and close sales opportunities.

Last but not least, you have a good sense of humor!
