We are looking for a motivated Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in Belgrade, Serbia. This role requires a proactive approach to account management and new business sales. You will work with Juniper, a global leader in AI networking, cloud, and connected security solutions.

You will be responsible for creating new opportunities and increasing sales.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identify new business opportunities – including sales of new and existing technology solutions within the Exclusive network’s portfolio (Juniper), as well as growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
  • Generate leads and prospective customers
  • Meet with customers/clients and increase customer base
  • Prepare business development strategy and customer relationship plan
  • Manage the sales pipeline and prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analysis

What we’d like to see (but not mandatory):

  • Bachelor’s degree (Electrotechnics, IT, Traffic, Engineering, Economy, Management)
  • At least five years of experience as a BDM or similar position in the ICT industry
  • High level of networking and software market and technologies
  • Strong communication, organization, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on management approach with a high level of responsibility
  • Willing to work independently within a multinational environment
  • Active driver license (B category)
  • Advanced English language and MS Office knowledge
  • Positive attitude
