About the role
Efficient administration of all aspects of the employee lifecycle: including on boarding, off boarding, benefits administration and other key processes. As such, produce HR documentation and correspondence as required, including references, employment contracts, letters, and others.
Create and manage employees and process in the HRIS (People HR), making sure the information and organisational structure are accurate at all times.
Maintain employees electronic and paper files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
Provide accurate information to the Finance regarding new starters, leavers, salary and benefits etc.
Process forms for external third parties such as background checks
Produce and update employment contracts and variation letters
Support the HR team with maintenance of PeopleHR
Send out new starter welcome pack and leaver documentation
Send out surveys
Any other adhoc tasks as required from time to time by the HR Manager and EMEA HR Director.
Keep up to date with UAE employment law changes to ensure the company maintains compliance.
Who we are looking for
University Degree in relevant area
Fluent in English.
Previous experience working within a HR team is essential
Ability to work independently in a standalone role without direct day to day supervision.
Have a proven ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels.
Adapt at handling sensitive and confidential situations
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Should be available to start immediately
