Terms & Conditions

• By duly completing and signing this form, the vendor commits to a marketing partnership with Exclusive Networks
• The agreed-upon amount must be remitted in advance through a single payment or can be distributed across different quarters
• Vendors have the option to submit multiple marketing plans
• Following the submission of the marketing agreement, a vendor marketer from Exclusive Networks will initiate contact with the vendor to discuss and strategize the selected activities
• The vendor is accountable for delivering content, outlining the agenda, and providing a speaker as needed
• The vendor is responsible for the follow-up on leads generated from the chosen activities
• Exclusive Networks will manage the setup of the selected marketing activities, develop and implement the communication plan (including email, social media, and website), and handle all communication with relevant third parties
• Cancelled planned activities will not be eligible for refunds
• Activities may be rescheduled if communicated at least two weeks prior to the initially scheduled date. Any associated costs incurred by Exclusive Networks in this process will be invoiced to the vendor.
