About the role
The Exclusive Networks Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager to join us in India. In this role, you will be responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of key channel partner programs, events, and initiatives that generate demand, increase revenue and build brand awareness for Exclusive Networks vendors. You’ll need to have excellent planning, project management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide marketing support to our business partners. You’ll demonstrate experience working with sales and resellers’ marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns and initiatives through the various routes to market.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Plan and deliver channel partner marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives aligned with our vendor objectives to achieve business and revenue growth targets
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns focused on awareness and demand generation, including virtual events, campaigns, online, social, telemarketing, engagement, and nurture
Manage the lead funnel and guide effectiveness and efficiency for campaigns, from monitoring top-of-funnel volume to funnel conversion rates and actual pipeline generated
Manage allocated budget and be accountable for the ROI of marketing programs
Analyze results, metrics, and reports to determine the effectiveness of marketing activities
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
Required skills
3+ years of B2B marketing experience in the technology field
Demonstrated ability to create and develop strategies and integrated marketing campaigns, as well as the ability to carry out tactical elements of these plans
Solid project management, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to take the initiative and deliver projects unsupervised
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organisation
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience with Adobe CC Suite (Id,Ps),Netsuite, Marketo or Eloqua, WordPress is a plus
