About the role
Digital Sales Specialist will play a fundamental role in generating quality sales leads.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understanding customer needs and requirement. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development to business closure.
Roles & Responsibilities
To provide customer sales support and admin sales support to all the local sales team.
Action all quotes requests from customer and/or your manager as part of a team to meet expected SLAs.
Work as part of team and independently as required.
Follow up renewal opportunities generated by Exclusive Networks’ Boomerang Life Cycle Management System as directed.
Follow all processes and procedures that are relevant to your role.
Analyse customer requirements and supply quotes.
To meet monthly KPI’s that are set.
To liaise effectively with other areas of Exclusive Networks Pty Ltd to ensure maximum sales efficiency.
To support the marketing and business development of Exclusive Networks’ portfolio of products and services.
To support the strategic development and operational management and performance of an organisation going through an exponential growth period.
To use and maintain company systems and processes and to provide timely information on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
In addition to these functions, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.
Minimum 3 years experience in sales coordination role
Proficiency for MS Excel
A positive, confident and determined approach
Ability to handle and cope with rejection
A high degree of self-motivation with ability to work independently and as part of team
