Bennett Wong

Bennett Wong

Regional Vice-President APAC

Bennett Wong is a seasoned business leader with more than two decades of experience driving growth and transformation across Asia Pacific and Japan. He has held senior leadership roles at leading global technology distributors, where he has consistently delivered results by building high performing teams, expanding regional operations, and launching advanced business portfolios across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, and Data & AI.


Throughout his career, Bennett has led multi country organizations through periods of significant change, including market expansion, operational transformation, and post merger integration. He is widely respected for fostering strong performance cultures and developing robust partner ecosystems, underpinned by trusted relationships with global technology vendors and enterprise customers.


Bennett is known for his ability to translate strategic vision into practical execution, aligning people, strategy, and outcomes to deliver sustainable growth. He has played a key role in numerous strategic initiatives, including market entry programs, business optimization initiatives, and M&A integrations, and is regarded as a trusted advisor to partners and leaders navigating digital transformation.


Bennett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Marketing from the University of Portsmouth.

Samuel Reboul

CFO, APAC

Samuel Reboul joined Exclusive Networks in 2020 as APAC CFO, looking after finance, treasury, and risk management for the region. Prior to joining Exclusive Networks, he worked in various senior finance roles across Europe, the United States, Africa and Asia in both corporates (RMA Group, Interflour Group, Schlumberger) and banks (ANZ Bank, Standard Chartered Bank). Samuel holds an MBA from INSEAD where he was awarded the Henry Ford Prize in 2006.

Deanna Jenkins

HR Director, APAC

Deanna Jenkins is a senior HR executive with extensive experience leading people strategy, organisational development, and workforce transformation across complex, national and multinational environments. With deep expertise in the Asia Pacific region, she specialises in scaling HR practices, strengthening leadership capability, and enhancing organisational performance in fast‑evolving markets. As HR Director APAC, Deanna oversees regional talent strategy, organisational design and workforce transformation, succession planning, and leadership development. She partners closely with global and regional executives to align enterprise priorities with local market needs, enabling sustainable growth and operational excellence. Recognised for her strategic mindset and collaborative leadership, Deanna has led major HR transformations, supported organisations through rapid expansion, and built cross‑border workforce capability. She is committed to fostering high‑performing, inclusive cultures and developing leaders equipped for a global environment. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and is a professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. Deanna also brings community leadership experience through her past role as President of the National Premmie Foundation.

Julie Law

Julie Lawandra

Marketing Director, APAC

Julie Lawandra joined Exclusive Networks in 2025 as the Marketing Director for APAC region. An experienced APAC marketing leader with over 20 years of a strong track record of driving regional growth, brand presence, and customer engagement across diverse Asia markets. With deep expertise in integrated marketing, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategy, Julie has built high-performing teams, strengthening vendor and partner relationships across both emerging and mature APAC markets, tailored to local market dynamics. She will champion a unified regional marketing strategy that accelerates growth, enhances customer value, and ensures consistent yet locally relevant execution throughout the Asia-Pacific region for Exclusive Networks.

Yuri Zaharin

Country Manager

Yuri Zaharin is a distinguished ICT executive in Malaysia, boasting 38 years of experience. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from Monash University, Victoria, in 1984.
Yuri has held prominent leadership roles, including Managing Director, Country Manager, and Vice President, at multinational corporations such as Cisco, Dell, Nortel, and Alcatel. He served as an Enterprise Consultant to Huawei Malaysia, playing a pivotal role in rebuilding their enterprise business. Additionally, Yuri has been a key executive at major local conglomerates, including Al-Bukhary and Sapura Group, as CEO and Vice President.
Throughout his career, Yuri has forged strong relationships with Malaysian customers across major verticals, including Enterprise, Financial Services, Public Sector, and Telecommunications, working closely with both end users and resellers. Currently, as the Country Manager for Exclusive Networks Malaysia, Yuri oversees the total business operation, encompassing P&L, sales, and marketing.
From October 2019 to September 2021, Yuri served as an independent board member for Bank Rakyat, a GLC bank, where he chaired the Oversight Committee for Core Banking, Tender, and IT Committee, and was a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee
