ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

JOB DEFINITION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseas Vendors Purchase Order Management of software & hardware cybersecurity and infrastructure products,
• Create & Submit the orders-coming from internal customers via email, following up the progress & backorders of purchase and informing & updating the internal customer back,
• Control & Manage of Vendor’s licenses, invoices and support contracts etc. of orders on time,
• License & Support Contract Transmission to the internal customer,
• System entries of the Purchase Orders,
• Keep the internal common/joined reports & folders up to date,
• On-time work-flow/mail-flow management,
• Support to Logistic/Operational Teams, including stock control,
• Secure the procedures and company policies of the commercial operations are followed,

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in preferably Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
• Fluent English is a must both verbal and written,
• Minimum 2 years work experience (In Purchase/Order Management is an asset),
• Excellent command of MS Office Programs,
• Ability to use problem solving techniques, being able to work & communicate with internal cross-functional teams collaboratively,
• Effective time management and planning, analytical work style

• Team player, result-oriented with strong organization skills
• Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and to take on new challenges
• Flexibility in working hours and no travel restrictions
• For male candidates, military service must be completed
