Jonathan graduated from Wollongong University and has been involved in the IT industry – and more specifically the Australian IT Channel – for the entire span of his career (well over twenty years). He is a well-respected and well-liked Channel identity and as such holds many valuable relationships and contact points across the local Channel.
In 2002, Jonathan co-founded WhiteGold Solutions. For twelve years, he was instrumental in raising the profile of WhiteGold’s brand, establishing Vendor/supplier and Channel relationships and driving the Sales and Technical Teams to achieve significant growth, both in terms of revenue and reputation.
He has also played a major part in the design and development of our systems, procedures and branding in Australia and New Zealand – and is the Managing Director for Exclusive Networks (Pacific) today.
National Sales Manager
Kaarena has worked with the company for twelve years, in a variety of sales roles. She Initially started with WhiteGold in 2008 as a sales rep and with the success in her territories moved to lead the sales team in NSW, She was integral with some of our early wins in Govt and ACT market and created some great relationships to ensure that we are part of many solutions proposed including the consolidating of Gateways which was one of biggest at the time. In addition, she has been responsible for collaborating and assisting partners be successful in the channel leveraging the value add that Exclusive has to offer.
Most recently Kaarena managed a key vendor and the business unit to successfully grow over 25% YOY consistently for the past 4 years. This success coupled with her dynamic approach has gained her the National Sales Manager role from 2018, enabling this expertise to be leveraged across the entire Exclusive Portfolio.
Over the years she has been recognised as a future leader and Finalist in the WIICTA awards whilst this role is new to her we see her being the lead with onboarding new vendors and managing the sales team.
Joining Exclusive Networks Pacific early 2015 as its first Financial Controller, Ian has progressed through the ranks and grown with the Company year on year to assume the role of Finance Director in Jan 2018. Ian brings with him over 14 years’ Financial experience gained through roles in Audit, Sports, Hospitality, Oil Refining and Technology industries.
Ian is leveraging his commercial experience gained to assist Exclusive Networks Pacific with the ambitious growth targets being set in the ANZ market, and to ensure that the Company is best placed to compete on its unique value proposition. Part of the leadership team helping to deliver on growth targets.
ANZ Operation Lead
Sarah began working with Exclusive Networks in September 2017 as an inside sales rep. She has hit the ground running, quickly working her way up. In 2019, Sarah was promoted to manage both the inside sales and order management teams. In January 2019, Sarah was paramount to the success of the merge between the Unified communications and Exclusive Networks teams. In 2020 she received another promotion to ANZ Operations Manager.
Technical Services Manager
Joe is the Technical Services Manager; he oversees two teams, the Security channel team, and the Unified Communications (UC) team. Within the UC team, he manages 3 Technical Support Engineers and four within the ANZ Security channel. Joe is the central point of contact for any internal or vendor technical issues, including product issues such as performance and reliability. With over 20 years’ experience in IT, communications and audio/visual, sales, technical and management, Joe is passionate about working with end-users, consultants, resellers and integrators alike to build strong relationships whilst developing and promoting unique, practical solutions with leading products.
ANZ Marketing Manager
Anna is a self-made marketing professional who started her career by building a successful blog and collaborated with many popular retail brands. She spent over three years working in extremely competitive yet inspiring B2C hospitality marketing sector and this experience she carried to IT B2B space. Her dynamic, personal approach to content and understanding of the audience’s mindset helps Exclusive Networks stand out and reach our target market. With a strong focus on ICT Channel, she develops efficient marketing strategies to support our Partner & Vendor’s initiatives, as well as deliver successful end-user lead generation campaigns.
