Samuel Reboul joined Exclusive Networks in 2020 as APAC CFO, looking after finance, treasury, and risk management for the region. Prior to joining Exclusive Networks, he worked in various senior finance roles across Europe, the United States, Africa and Asia in both corporates (RMA Group, Interflour Group, Schlumberger) and banks (ANZ Bank, Standard Chartered Bank). Samuel holds an MBA from INSEAD where he was awarded the Henry Ford Prize in 2006.

Julie Lawandra joined Exclusive Networks in 2025 as the Marketing Director for APAC region. An experienced APAC marketing leader with over 20 years of a strong track record of driving regional growth, brand presence, and customer engagement across diverse Asia markets. With deep expertise in integrated marketing, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategy, Julie has built high-performing teams, strengthening vendor and partner relationships across both emerging and mature APAC markets, tailored to local market dynamics. She will champion a unified regional marketing strategy that accelerates growth, enhances customer value, and ensures consistent yet locally relevant execution throughout the Asia-Pacific region for Exclusive Networks.
Sanny Hadinata
Country Manager
Sanny Hadinata is the Country Manager of Exclusive Networks Indonesia, with 30 years of leadership experience across Indonesia’s technology distribution and enterprise ecosystem—covering partner development, cloud and cybersecurity portfolio growth, and large-scale commercial execution.
She is recognized for building strong principal–partner alignment and translating strategy into measurable outcomes through structured sales discipline and high-performing teams.
Previously, Sanny served as Country General Manager at Tech Data Indonesia, leading a distributor business of over 25 global brands. Under her leadership, the organization delivered substantial gross profit growth, while driving strategic initiatives including Indonesia’s first APAC e-commerce portal and an AI R&D hub in partnership with technology and academic stakeholders.
Sanny also established and led NEXTGEN Indonesia as Managing Director, achieving profitability within one year and strengthening enterprise traction through strategic partnerships, most notably growing the company’s share-of-wallet in the Trellix business in Indonesia. Her earlier leadership experience includes AVNET Datamation Solutions, where she contributed to scaling multi-category portfolios and partner ecosystems nationwide.
In her current role, she focuses on accelerating Indonesia’s cloud and cybersecurity adoption by strengthening partner capabilities, expanding market coverage, and building scalable, long-term growth engines for customers, principals, and channel partners.
Cyl Lin
HR Director, APAC
Cyl joined Exclusive Networks in 2026 as the Head of HR, APAC. With more than 20 years of experience across Asia Pacific and Japan. Her career spans ICT, life sciences, logistics, and oil and gas, including senior HR roles at Tech Data, DKSH Smollan, Logicalis etc. Known for aligning people strategy with business goals, she leads organisational change, leadership development, and talent initiatives across diverse, multi-country teams. Cyl holds an MBA and IHRP-SP certification and was named among the Global Iconic HR Leaders 2026, Global HR Influencer and SGLN Pioneer Fellow. She mentors the next generation of HR professionals and is committed to building high-performing, inclusive workplaces where people and business grow together.
