Jason Beal

President, Americas

Jason Beal is a global technology channel and go-to-market operations executive with a passion for partnerships and immense pride in working with teams to accomplish the most difficult of goals and customer challenges.

He brings over 20 years of IT channel leadership experience to this role and is focused on continued growth presence in North America to both vendors and channels.

He has held various roles at companies of all sizes in channel leadership, international sales, and operations and services management. Beal has lived and worked in the United States and in Europe for companies including Barracuda, Palo Alto Networks, Ingram Micro, and AvePoint. He is also an adjunct professor for Chapman University’s Executive MBA program.

Andrew Warren

Vice President of Sales & Marketing, North America

Andrew Warren currently serves as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Exclusive Networks, North America. With 15 years of experience in distribution and nearly two decades specializing in the cybersecurity channel, Warren has developed a strong passion for the value that distribution brings to the partner ecosystem.

He has held leadership roles at some of the industry’s most recognized companies. Most recently, he was the Vice President and General Manager for Northern North America at Baramundi Software. Prior to that, he held multiple leadership positions at software companies such as OpenText and FireMon, as well as at technology distributors, including Westcon-Comstor and Avnet.

Based in Colorado, Andrew is married and a proud father of two daughters, both of whom are currently attending university. He enjoys a variety of outdoor activities in the state, from mountain biking to skiing.

Justin Crotty

Vice President, Services for Exclusive Networks North America, and as General Manager of Cloudrise

Justin is a seasoned IT channel leader with deep expertise across the IT services landscape. As Senior Vice President of Channels at NetEnrich, Inc., the leading data analytics platform for managing security and digital operations, he partnered with top service providers to help them evolve into next-generation security and digital operations providers.

Before NetEnrich, Justin and his team launched the cloud services business at distribution giant Ingram Micro, Inc. in 2006. They introduced the first IT-managed and cloud services distribution model in North America, encompassing managed services, SaaS platforms, cloud offerings, and recurring revenue streams previously unavailable through IT distribution. This pioneering model was soon adopted by all major competitors and has since become an industry standard.

Earlier in his career, Justin held management roles in IT sales and marketing and began as a systems and network engineer at IBM. He earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Bentley College in Waltham, MA.

James Walters

Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances, North America

James Walters is a seasoned technology and channel leader with a strong track record in building high-impact partnerships and driving innovative go-to-market strategies. He joins the Exclusive Networks North America leadership team after relocating from Sydney, Australia, bringing more than a decade of experience across cybersecurity distribution, market intelligence, and financial solutions.

During his 11 years at NEXTGEN Distribution — acquired by Exclusive Networks in April 2024 — James played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. He led new vendor acquisition and onboarding, established NEXTGEN’s cybersecurity business (now 85% of total revenue), and founded both NEXTGEN oSpace, the company’s demand-generation and market-intelligence unit, and NEXTGEN Orbus, its financial payment solutions business.

James now resides in Denver, Colorado with his family, where they are enjoying life in the mountains.

Michael Rush

Senior Director of Operations, North America

Mike joined Exclusive Networks as Director of Operations in July of 2021. He is an engaged, passionate, and skilled professional with broad business operations experience. Mike and his team’s priority is creating successful outcomes for customers, partners, and vendors with a focus on process improvement and digital transformation. Mike has extensive I/T and Channel Sales Operations experience including a 25-year career at IBM along with 8+ years in leadership roles in distribution. Mike and his wife have three children and reside in the Atlanta area. He enjoys traveling and supporting his family’s passions.

Meredith Scheraldi

Director of Marketing, North America

Meredith Scheraldi joined Exclusive Networks in 2022 as director of marketing, primarily focusing on marketing strategy, demand generation, vendor, and event marketing. Meredith earned her bachelor’s in marketing from Cabrini University and is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP); she has 29 years of experience working with partners, vendors and distribution marketing. Before joining Exclusive Networks, Meredith spent over six years in several marketing leadership positions with Arrow Electronics’ enterprise computing solutions business — including manager of signature events, North America shared services, strategic programs, and business development/field marketing. Prior to her role at Arrow Electronics, she held several high-profile channel positions, offering her diverse experience leading global teams focused on field and channel marketing, marketing communications, program development and channel event management. She has been named to the “Women of the Channel” and “Women of the Channel Up and Comers” lists and sits on the Women of the Channel Advisory Board.

Bruno Querenet

HR Director, North America

Bruno Querenet is the head of HR at Exclusive Networks North America. He started his career at HP as a process engineer, joined its R&D organization, and then worked in marketing and IT before joining HR. His understanding of the business and his direct experience managing both small and large organizations prepared him well for his contributions as an HR senior leader. He worked as chief of staff, HR business partner, head of HR operations, and head of HR for companies of different sizes, understanding what it takes to scale and support growth. He is strategic, action-driven, people-oriented, and a change management expert.
