Brian Vincik

Senior Vice President, North America

Brian Vincik is a U.S. channel veteran of more than 40 years, with a wealth of senior-level experience and success. He joined Exclusive Networks in 2021, having been general manager at Securematics where he took the Carlsbad, CA-based VAD on an impressive growth journey, and prior to that was at Hewlett-Packard where he headed up pre-sales consulting and helped grow the services business.

David Yang

Senior Director, Support and Services, North America

David Yang is the senior director of technical support at Exclusive Networks North America. He excels at identifying and troubleshooting complex issues by providing exceptional technical support. David has substantial experience in client services and his background includes a proven track record of executing technical support strategies and tactics in order to improve customer experience, build emotional loyalty, and allow a greater impact on overall sales and revenue.

Meredith Scheraldi

Director of Marketing, North America

Meredith Scheraldi joined Exclusive Networks in 2022 as director of marketing, primarily focusing on marketing strategy, demand generation, vendor, and event marketing. Meredith earned her bachelor’s in marketing from Cabrini University and is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP); she has 29 years of experience working with partners, vendors and distribution marketing. Before joining Exclusive Networks, Meredith spent over six years in several marketing leadership positions with Arrow Electronics’ enterprise computing solutions business — including manager of signature events, North America shared services, strategic programs, and business development/field marketing. Prior to her role at Arrow Electronics, she held several high-profile channel positions, offering her diverse experience leading global teams focused on field and channel marketing, marketing communications, program development and channel event management. She has been named to the “Women of the Channel” and “Women of the Channel Up and Comers” lists and sits on the Women of the Channel Advisory Board.

Michael McClellan

Chief Financial Officer, North America

Michael McClellan lives in Greenville, SC and is married with 5 children (all girls). With a bachelor’s from the University of Utah and a master’s from Pepperdine University, he spent the first 18 years of his career at Ingram Micro and advanced to senior director of finance. He then spent the next 8 years as CFO with Tolt Solutions within the private equity firm’s portfolio, buying, merging, and selling various companies. During that time he was also CFO of JetSmarter, a private aviation company and Ivanti, a cybersecurity software company. He is a huge baseball fan and roots for the Atlanta Braves, and also enjoys woodworking and traveling with family.

Michael Rush

Senior Director of Operations, North America

Mike joined Exclusive Networks as Director of Operations in July of 2021. He is an engaged, passionate, and skilled professional with broad business operations experience. Mike and his team’s priority is creating successful outcomes for customers, partners, and vendors with a focus on process improvement and digital transformation. Mike has extensive I/T and Channel Sales Operations experience including a 25-year career at IBM along with 8+ years in leadership roles in distribution. Mike and his wife have three children and reside in the Atlanta area. He enjoys traveling and supporting his family’s passions.

Mark Leff

Director of Solutions and Services, North America

Mark Leff is the director of solutions and services for Exclusive Networks North America. He is a graduate of CW Post College and has more than 30 years of experience in IT services, having held a variety of executive roles in sales, marketing, operations, and product management. He previously held senior roles with Cisco Systems in their services and customer experience organizations, a senior service product management role with Juniper Networks, and executive roles with Fidelis Cybersecurity and two startups — NTP Software and Micro Tempus. Always striving to stay very active in the community, Mark was recently invited to join the board of the National Academy of Finance, where he helps to mentor high school children with life and business skills. He is also a long-time board member of the Companions in Courage Foundation, an organization that supports activities that benefit Children’s Hospitals in North America. Mark and his wife Alice live in Long Island; their daughter, Emily, resides in Boston. He is an accomplished runner and triathlete, having completed two Ironman triathlons — and is a huge fan of the Islanders, Yankees, and NY football Giants.

Ruth Parker

Director of Vendor Alliances, North America

Ruth Parker joined Exclusive Networks in 2021, with 11 years of experience in specialty distribution with ScanSource, Inc. followed by Securematics — dynamically transforming business practices to evolve with the changing needs of the market. Prior to her time in distribution, Ruth worked at Chick-fil-A for 7 years, leading several stores and teams to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Ruth thrives from finding ways to improve go-to-market offerings for partners and their customers, fueled by a desire to reimagine today for a brighter tomorrow. She currently lives in Greenville, South Carolina, and enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, exploring new places, and outdoor photography.

William Madison

Vice President of Sales, North America

William Madison is a seasoned senior leader with a comprehensive background in sales and business development spanning over 25 years. His expertise lies in software-defined networking, cybersecurity, and voice technologies. In his roles, he has successfully orchestrated sales strategies, managed global partner programs, and innovated new routes to market.

Bruno Querenet

HR Director, North America

Bruno Querenet is the head of HR at Exclusive Networks North America. He started his career at HP as a process engineer, joined its R&D organization, and then worked in marketing and IT before joining HR. His understanding of the business and his direct experience managing both small and large organizations prepared him well for his contributions as an HR senior leader. He worked as chief of staff, HR business partner, head of HR operations, and head of HR for companies of different sizes, understanding what it takes to scale and support growth. He is strategic, action-driven, people-oriented, and a change management expert.
