Brad Gray joined Exclusive Networks in 2019, bringing a highly successful 25+ year track record of building successful teams in APAC spent at vendors such as Juniper Networks, Polycom and, most recently, SAP. Having resided for 20 years in Singapore and for 3 years previously in Indonesia, Brad’s cultural, technological and commercial insights within the region bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Exclusive Networks APAC business.

As the APAC COO, Fabrice Bartolucci shapes business operations to provide superior value-added services to our vendors and customers and to further accelerate growth in the region. Fabrice joined the APAC team in 2017 from a leading consulting firm where he delivered impactful projects for MNCs in the area of strategy, business transformation and performance management.

Mike Beesley

VP APAC, Unified Communications

Michael Beesley is a business professional whose current focus as the Asia Pacific VP for Unified Communications (UC) with Exclusive Networks, is on business improvement through productivity using UC. Having worked in the communications industry for nearly 18 years and starting Transition Systems (now Exclusive Networks) Australia business in 2009, he knows what the true benefits of good communication and collaboration are for an organisation.

After completing a Bachelor of Commerce, he cut his teeth in Sales and Marketing with both Coca-Cola and Vodafone. With a passion for business, he later pursued entrepreneurial endeavours to varying degrees of success which in turn provided the foundations for success with Exclusive Networks.

“What we are seeing today with the current pandemic and its impact on ways of working and social health, only emphasises the importance of good clear communication across organisations. If we can make a difference, then we are doing our jobs properly.” He stated.

Rachelle Berges

Vice President of Marketing, APAC

Rachelle Berges joined Exclusive Networks in 2020 bringing with her a diverse and successful 20+ marketing track record from across APAC spanning both B2B and B2C MNCs. Building Modern Marketing and Demand Generating teams and capabilities she spent 3 years in Japan managing IBM accounts and 8 years based in Hong Kong with Motorola Enterprise Asia Pacific.

Based in Singapore for the past 8 years, Rachelle has managed the Huawei account within a WPP Marketing agency and launched UiPath across APAC.  Rachelle brings deep regional Marketing and Demand Generation expertise to the Exclusive Networks APAC business.

Alex Huang

Head of Pre-Sales, APAC

Alex Huang joined Exclusive Networks since 2011. Based in Singapore, he brings over 9 years of experience in Cyber Security industry with a strong background in Presales leadership and technical consultancy. He also drives the Cyber Security architecture strategies and best practices across the APAC region. Alex was the first in global to achieve the Palo Alto Networks CyberForce – Hero award.

Jimmy

Jimmy Lok

County Manager

As the Country Manager of Exclusive Networks Hong Kong with over 20 years of IT and sales experience, Jimmy Lok established JJNET Hong Kong in 2014; growing the revenue 10 times in 6 years. JJNet was acquired by Exclusive Networks at the end of 2020.

Prior to that, Jimmy has proven track record in his many years of experience in the technology industry which includes large multinationals such as IBM where he held the position of Territory sales leader for over 5 years.
