We are also seeing an influx in secure access cases, our team are providing great support to customers with capacity and scaling issues when needing to access their corporate networks.

Although Exclusive Networks, and our vendor support teams are exceptionally busy, we are still maintaining our SLA’s and target follow up times. We answer calls with no wait times, and will update on any Priority 1 issues every 4 hours until resolved or a workaround is in place.
