Regional Director UK&I

Graham has over 30 years’ IT and Security industry experience including senior leadership positions with a variety of international organisations and UK PLCs. He has both SI, Var and Vendor experience.

Before joining Exclusive Networks in 2013, Graham’s most notable success was at Integralis (now NTT Security), where he grew the business from a loss making £60million turnover to a profitable £160million in just 7 years.

Graham is widely respected throughout the enterprise technology industry, and is regularly quoted in the UK trade media.

As UK MD, Graham has full P&L responsibility and drives the UK strategy for this, the largest contributor to Exclusive Group.


Finance & Operations Director

Graham joined Exclusive Networks in 2013 as Commercial Director following 8 successful years with Integralis/NTT Com Security, during which time he successfully completed an Exec MBA from Warwick Business School.

He brings with him 25 years of international experience within finance and commercial operations including financial management at Societe Generale based in Australia. This followed senior management roles in the City of London with Tullett Prebon, and UBS.

Graham is responsible for both the Finance and Operation departments at Exclusive Networks UK, reprising his role as F&O Director at NTT Com Security.


Technical Services Director

Liam has spent over 30 years in the IT industry holding senior management positions in the corporate sector with vendors, VARs and now in distribution with Exclusive Networks. Liam’s wide range of experience with IBM mainframes, WAN’S, LAN’s and security leave him ideally positioned to understand the technical support, professional services and training needs of our clients and the impact bad planning and deployment can have on the security and networking infrastructure. Liam has a passion for delivering world class support and services to our clients.


Sales Director

Adam joined VADition (acquired by Exclusive Networks in 2009) following a career in insurance sales with RBS. A long term member of the Exclusive Networks family, Adam leads our sales team having joined us as an internal vendor manager all those years ago. He has worked in various sales roles whilst at Exclusive Networks giving him a strong understanding of the important parts each department play in order to get the job done.

Whilst looking after the everyday sales activity, Adam is also responsible for the longer term sales strategy and ensuring we are helping our partners drive incremental revenue utilising our range of services and solutions.


UK & Ireland Vendor Alliances Director

Matt has had a passion for Value Added distribution for 16 years, doing his apprenticeship at COMPUTERLINKS through various roles from Internal Account Manager to Global Account Director.

He joined Exclusive in 2015 to head up the Palo Alto Networks Business Unit taking it from £33m to a £100m franchise.

In July 2021 Matt was promoted to Vendor Alliances Director to head up all our vendor relationships and strategy day to day, as well as helping to maintain the all important agility and engagement with our vendors to drive incremental business for all parties.


HR Director

Joining Exclusive Networks in 2016, Helen has over 30 years of experience of providing guidance and advice to senior managers in start-up, growth and stable organisations. Her broad experience includes employee relations, talent acquisition, employee development and management. She has experience in various industries including Banking, retail and technology. Prior to joining Exclusive Networks, Helen was the Global Business Partner for the Consumer Technology Division of Underwriters Laboratories Ltd.

Helen is committed to fostering the values of the company where hard work is consistently recognised and rewarded.


Marketing Director

Rachel has played an integral role in the successful evolution and promotion of the Exclusive Networks message, initially joining the Big Tec team and moving to Exclusive in 2017.

Her remit involves leading the brand development process as well as heading up the UK Marketing team. A creative marketing leader with over 10 years’ experience in marketing and communications, Rachel heads up a growing team that continually produces hard-hitting, results-orientated campaigns to maximise end user engagement and sales pipeline for channel partners and vendors.
