Order Management Consultant

We are looking for an Order management consultant who plays an important role within our Exclusive Networks Norway sales team. By working closely with both the sales team, resellers and our vendors, the Order management consultant is responsible for the following:

1. Managing quotes to our customers, with several versions (configurations) and alternatives. Making sure the customer has the correct version to all times.
2. Creating orders (sales- and purchase orders in our ERP-system), following up on deliveries and freight issues.
3. Be the go-to-person for questions about deliveries and order statuses for the local sales team.

 

Profile:

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both in written and oral communication
• Very structured and with a keen eye for details
• Manages several duties at the same time, manages stress well
• Likes a routinely work day
