Exclusive Networks & ForeScout Technologies Partner to Support UK Growth

Exclusive Networks leverages its expertise to drive incremental revenue and scale with ForeScout

Exclusive Networks, the UK’s leading value-added distributor, has executed an agreement with ForeScout Technologies, Inc., a leading internet of things (IoT) security company, in a move that will drive significant growth opportunities for the vendor and the channel. The UK partnership builds upon the success the two companies have had working together in Germany, France and Italy, with ForeScout representing a huge upsell opportunity for the channel.

ABI estimates that the number of connected devices will rise to over 29 billion by 20201. As these smart endpoints and IoT devices flood the enterprise, they also expand the corporate attack surface. ForeScout provides enterprises and government agencies with agentless visibility and control of traditional and IoT devices the instant they connect to the network to reduce that risk.

A study conducted by IDC looked at organizations that deployed the ForeScout visibility platform and found, on average, that those organizations could identify 24 percent more devices on their networks, experience 42 percent fewer network-related security breaches and achieve a 392 percent ROI over five years.

“We’re delighted to have ForeScout join the Exclusive Networks portfolio in the UK. The principles between our companies are fantastic and our growth plans are aligned,” said Graham Jones, managing director, Exclusive Networks. “We’re confident that teaming up will bring new opportunities to our partner base.”

The Exclusive Networks difference is in offering international reach with a local touch. ForeScout can expect to leverage Exclusive Networks’ relationships with global system integrators, while benefitting from an extensive partner network in the UK and a growth plan that’s highly customised for the network security and visibility specialist.

“We are thrilled to work with Exclusive Networks for their expertise, global scale and portfolio of best-of-breed vendors and partners,” said Jonathan Corini, vice president of worldwide channels, ForeScout. “We are impressed by their agility and flexibility, and we are already delivering results together. Exclusive Networks has demonstrated their commitment from day one, and we are excited to contribute to the expansion of their portfolio. Device visibility is no longer a nice-to-have, but a critical investment for all organisations that don’t want to be caught off guard by cyber criminals.”

“We have already established a ForeScout team, and we’ll continue to expand to support the growth we expect over the next year,” continued Jones. “We have been working closely with ForeScout and have a solid plan of recruitment, enablement and lead generation – and, this is just the start. There’s much more to come as we continue to drive growth and success for Exclusive Networks, ForeScout and the channel.”

“Exclusive Networks will also add value for the channel through some exciting alliances with complementary vendors on our portfolio, including PANW, IXIA, Gigamon, Infoblox, Fortinet, Logrhythm and Symantec,” explained Jones. “We’re hitting the ground running with an initial focus on the PANW integration, and we will be building a dedicated campaign for our partners to showcase the strength of Network Security and Security Access Control working together.”

Upcoming events include a popular Exclusive Networks Thirsty Club coinciding with ForeScout’s UK partner conference, to which the VAD will invite partners to discuss the channel opportunity with ForeScout and introduce portfolio alliances, an education webinar, and a Test Drive technical workshop.
