Exclusive Networks reaches the £1 billion mark in Europe with Palo Alto Networks

Exclusive Networks, the world's leading cybersecurity and networking specialist, was the first distributor in EMEA to achieve annual sales of one billion US dollars in 2025 with the AI-powered cybersecurity solutions of its manufacturing partner Palo Alto Networks.

This result clearly demonstrates the success of the long-standing and successful partnership between the two leading cybersecurity companies. The collaboration began in early 2009 when Palo Alto Networks appointed VAD Exclusive Networks as its first distribution partner for the UK market. Palo Alto Networks has now reached the $1 billion milestone in its 2025 financial year.

Since its inception, the partnership has continued to strengthen, with both companies experiencing exponential growth. Today, Palo Alto Networks is a leading global provider of AI-powered security solutions with a market capitalisation of over $130 billion. Exclusive Networks has evolved into a global cybersecurity specialist trusted by industry-leading vendors and channel partners to drive market launches, accelerate sales and fuel growth.

From the UK to the European market

The foundation for successful cooperation was laid in 2009 with the first bridgehead in the United Kingdom: with the innovative technologies of its ‘Next Generation Firewalls’, Palo Alto Networks managed to break into a market that was dominated by large traditional providers. The company pioneered the field by raising its customers' awareness of the need for new types of cyber security technologies. It quickly gained a large and loyal partner base, whose support enabled the market to develop dynamically.

By 2015, annual revenue in the UK had reached $35 million. This was followed by rapid regional expansion as the partnership was extended across Europe, reaching $100 million in revenue by the end of 2020. A deepening of the partnership and a period of hypergrowth ultimately culminated in annual revenue of €1 billion at the end of Palo Alto Networks' 2025 financial year (July 2025).
