Exclusive Networks CyberFarm Launches DOL-Approved Tech Sales Apprenticeship Program

We are proud to announce that our CyberFarm Program has received approval from the Department of Labor (DOL) for the Tech Sales Apprenticeship Program on campus at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. The Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) combines real-world experience with a required curriculum that builds critical competencies in technical sales, including solution selling, customer engagement, sales techniques, negotiation, customer insights, and B2B complex selling solutions. The curriculum is part of Cal Poly University’s Sales Minor program and will engage students in a variety of professional selling skills trainings. The apprenticeship, which lasts 12 months, will result in students mastering over 20 competencies and participating in over 170 hours of certified training.

Apprentices will also gain exposure to the cybersecurity ecosystem, learning how to communicate complex solutions, navigate accounts, and drive results for both clients and vendors. The program culminates in industry-recognized credentials, preparing participants for long-term success in technology sales.
