Job Role: Global Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Global role based in Paris, France.

    Role Overview:

    The Global Growth Marketing Manager plays a key role within Exclusive Networks Global Team. 

    By working with our HQ teams and local subsidiaries the Marketing Manager, will be responsible for leading our product development and communication strategy plan for subscriber growth activities, including performance analysis and multitouch marketing programs execution. 

    This will include the development and execution of acquisition marketing tactics to drive customer demand and customer retainment for Exclusive Networks 

    The manager will work as part of a cross-functional team to create holistic and effective customer-centric Marketing and Comms strategies for an array of different target audiences and business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, excels at turning data into meaningful marketing insights, is team and detail-oriented and is able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.


    Duties & Responsibilities 

    • Understand business drivers and customer needs and present new positioning concepts and targeted programs that support the product positioning and translates into new customer acquisition and retainment 
    • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends to gather behavior demands & insights that support product development; marketing communications and content strategy 
    • Support our Product team with development of a quarterly and annual acquisition plan, developing visionary tactics to boost and retain market interest and reoccurring sales 
    • Work with our intelligence team to perform and obtain qualitative and quantitative research to better understand our target audience and refine our sales positioning to deliver strong marketing ROI 
    • Develop sales positioning and maintain key communications throughout all touchpoints of our marketing funnel; work as part of a cross-functional unit to optimize channel performance 
    • Build and manage the customer acquisition communications planning process and reporting mechanism on the performance of the global marketing programs 
    • Help maintain a communications framework to prioritize sales messages for many audiences across multiple platforms/environments; Ensuring brand messaging and customer experience is consistent throughout the buyer journey 
    • Be a champion of the overall customer experience vision and strategy to internal teams and external partners 
    • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stake holders 


    Desired Skills & Qualifications

    • At least 3-4 years in global planning and developing large-scale marketing communications, preferably to acquire new customers and/or grow revenue; Ideal candidates have brand and/or agency experience in eCommerce, entertainment, media, publishing and /or subscription-based business 
    • Hands-on experience with market and consumer research, customer segmentation, building a customer-led communications strategy, channel mix planning (owned and paid) and optimization at various stages of the consumer journey 
    • Able to develop and execute an efficient project work plan 
    • Strong understanding of digital platforms and marketing best practices for building multi-touch consumer Programs 
    • Commercially minded and Customer experience-obsessed 
    • Highly analytical, creative thinker and doer 
    • Able to demonstrate experience in working in a multicultural environment 
    • Results-driven, data-informed decision-maker 
    • Resourceful, agile and cross-functional team player

Job Role: Global Head of BI

    Exclusive Networks is a fast-growing company (50% growth YoY since 2008) reaching 1.8 Bn€, covering 4 continents through 27 countries and employing 1600 people. To continue our high growth, to get worldwide reach and to structure further our delivery capability, the group is creating a new position for a Global Head of BI. 

    Head quartered in Boulogne-Billancourt, Exclusive Networks is focused on launching cybersecurity start-ups in Europe, Middle East and APAC. Activities cover classic distribution (financing and logistics) as well as added value services (marketing, sales, technical support, services) 


    Job purpose and general responsibilities 

    • Solving business and technical problems by gathering requirements and technical specifications from key stakeholders, designing solutions, developing customizations, testing, and final deployment following change management process (ITIL life cycle). 
    • In conjunction with the business, create and implement an ongoing BI strategy working with key stakeholders in relevant departments. 
    • Own and maintain company-wide BI framework, implementation and cadence. 
    • Provide leadership, vision and direction to a team of developers who work across the BI estate, actively contributing to BI processes, procedures, development and implementation. 
    • Designing dashboards and reports as well as being responsible for data modelling, software installation and configuration, UAT and data validation. 
    • Strong business judgement and understanding of what drives business value and providing the platform for data driven decisions. 
    • Hosting workshops to provide knowledge transfer to business users once a solution has been deployed into production 
    • Outcome oriented with a proven ability to identify new BI related opportunities and pursue from conceptualization to realization. 


    Technical experience and skills: 

    • 6+ years of relevant industry experience in BI, Data Analytics and Analysis 
    • Solid, demonstrable experience in data warehouse technologies, data warehouse architecture and data modelling is mandatory. 
    • Very high competency level in SQL. 
    • Solid experience in using various ETL tools, Microsoft SSIS, Talend. 
    • Qlikview Developer / Designer / Data architect certifications 
    • Master in the following technologies: QlikView, NPrinting, QV Report, QV Mail, SQL Server Database (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS), Azure/Cloud Platforms, PowerBI. 
    • High level proficiency in error resolution, error handling & debugging, very high attention to details.

    • Strong stakeholder engagement 
    • Positive `can-do` attitude with accuracy and very strong attention to details 
    • Well organized

    Bonus points:

    • Distribution or Supply Chain industry knowledge 
    • Solid understanding of Accounting terms and processes 
    • Efficiency and knowledge of data model/schema within ERP systems, like: SAGE 100, NetSuite. 
    • Prior experience collaborating with multiple different workstreams and departments within company



    Fluent English is mandatory, any other languages are a bonus 



    Role is based in our Paris HQ, situated in Boulogne-Billancourt, France.
