Celebrating the Power and Potential of Women at Exclusive Networks: A Message for International Women’s Day 2024

On International Women’s Day 2024, we at Exclusive Networks take a moment to celebrate the incredible women who make up a vital part of our community. We extend our sincerest wishes to all the talented and dedicated women who contribute their expertise, passion, and drive to our success.

This year, we joined forces with our women colleagues across the global Thales landscape to recognise the significant impact and opportunity they create each and every day. Their contributions resonate not only within our organisation but also throughout the broader cybersecurity sector and beyond. We are proud to be part of a global movement that is breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for women to lead, innovate, and reshape the future of technology.

“Our global partnership with Thales fosters daily collaboration with remarkable women who, through their compassion, drive, and humour, enrich our shared work environment. Embracing their unique strengths and perspectives in turn strengthens our collective sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment, and accelerates the growth and success of our partnership.”

Camille Peninque, Head of Global Vendor Management at Exclusive Networks

At Exclusive Networks, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment where women can thrive. We believe in empowering all individuals to reach their full potential, regardless of gender. We strive to create a culture that celebrates the unique perspectives and strengths that women bring to the table.

Here’s how we are actively working to support women in our organisation:

  • Mentorship programmes: Connecting women with experienced professionals for guidance and support.
  • Leadership development programmes: Equipping women with the skills and confidence to excel in leadership roles. Our company goal to increase the percentage of women in senior management roles from 34% in 2022 to 40% by 2025. By the end of 2023, we reached 38%.
  • Networking opportunities: Providing platforms for women to connect with each other and share their experiences.
  • Work-life balance initiatives: Promoting healthy work-life balance for all employees, including women.
  • Implementation of DE&I programme: Providing internal awareness training and acting to reduce the pay gap between men and women. By the end of 2023, 84% of all employees had completed our Diversity and Inclusion training.

As we celebrate International Women’s Day 2024, we recognise the ongoing struggle for gender equality and the importance of continued progress. We are committed to playing our part by creating a workplace where women feel valued, respected, and empowered to achieve their full potential.

We encourage everyone to take this day to celebrate the women in their lives – colleagues, friends, family, and role models. Here are 3 simple steps you can take today to get started:

  • Find time to highlight the achievements of the women in your organisation
  • Amplify the voices of women on social media by supporting their posts and experiences
  • Mentor or offer support to a woman across your business or in your community

Every action, big or small, matters. Let’s continue to work together to build a world where women can reach their full potential and contribute to a more inclusive and equitable future.
