This month, the spotlight is on the ‘Sports Connection’ deal, which led to a strategic win for SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) with Palo Alto Networks.

After being approached by reseller Codeex, who were new to entering the Palo Alto Networks market, Exclusive Networks Denmark offered them a thorough and speedy onboarding.

Codeex quickly uncovered a new Prisma Access opportunity for Sports Connection, the Nordic subsidiary of US footwear retailer Skechers.

Codeex successfully positioned Prisma Access and NGFWs to Sports Connection, allowing them to connect their branch offices between retail locations securely.

Collaboration between PANW and the US entity of Skechers enabled better communication and understanding of the customer’s needs. Exclusive Networks was able to help the partner deliver a copy of the architecture that the customer had set up in the US but with newer and more powerful NGFWs. Once the PO was booked, the hardware was delivered within a week.

This has seeded more SASE opportunities for the future and a great success for Exclusive Networks and Palo Alto Networks.
