Gategroup is an International Swiss company and a global leader in airline catering, retail-on-board and hospitality products and services.

Partnering with Service Provider Vodafone, the Gategroup IT team selected Prisma Access from Palo Alto Networks to replace an existing Zscaler SASE solution. Their objective was to adopt a zero-trust security posture and provide secure remote access to users around the globe.

This was a Global deal that involved a complex solution, where Exclusive Networks, Vodafone and Palo Alto Networks all had to coordinate from the outset to make this as simple as possible for the customer.

Driven by Gategroup’s need, Vodafone had the confidence to involve Exclusive Networks’ Global Services team as its longstanding, trusted cybersecurity service delivery partner.

What won the deal was the confidence Vodafone and Palo Alto Networks had in our services and the ability to offer the customer a practical solution. The capability and flexibility of our own certified Palo Alto Networks engineers were essential.

The most valuable aspect of this win is that it is repeatable. We can continue to work with Vodafone and other Service Providers using our outstanding technical services where they have gaps and help to win more deals like this with Palo Alto Networks.
