About the role
The Exclusive Networks PH team is looking for Business Development Manager to join us in Manila
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
- Determine key business development KPIs
- Work with Product Managers and Channels teams
- Do a regular market research
- Communicate with end users
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers
- Negotiate deals
- Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
- Support team members
Business Development Manager requirements and qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales management, or relevant fields
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
