Information on the processing of personal data

The administrator of personal data is Exclusive Networks Poland S.A. based in Kraków (30-390) at ul. Zawiła 61. You can contact the administrator via the e-mail address kontakt@exclusive-networks.pl, by phone at +48 12 25 25 555 or in writing to the address of the administrator’s registered office.
The personal data provided in the application will be processed for the purpose of processing the application, signing the General Terms and Conditions of Sale contract, and formally starting business cooperation.
The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator consisting in handling the application to start business cooperation submitted by a potential partner and the necessary communication related thereto.
Personal data may be transferred to companies from the Exclusive Networks Group and other entities processing data on behalf of Exclusive Networks Poland S.A. e.g. providers of hosting, IT services, administrative, legal, advisory, marketing, PR services, as well as postal operators and couriers. Your data may be transferred to IT service providers located outside the European Economic Area, with legal security mechanisms provided – model data protection contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
The data will be processed for the period necessary to process the application, and if it is rejected, for two years from the submission of the application.
You have the right to access your data and the right to request its rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing.
The administrator has appointed a data protection officer with whom you can contact in all matters relating to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights related to data processing by e-mail at iod@exclusive-networks.pl or in writing to the address of the administrator’s registered office.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
