Exclusive Networks Hires VP HR to Support the Next Chapter of Growth

Laurence Galland joins as VP HR to unleash the human potential of Exclusive Networks, building on L’Esprit Exclusive and supporting leaders throughout the next chapter of growth.

PARIS, FRANCE –  9 July, 2020 – Exclusive Networks today announced the appointment of Laurence Galland to the newly created role of VP HR in which she will lead global efforts in leveraging human potential to achieve business agility and growth. The business is actively preparing for its future by investing deeply in services and its SaaS business model through people development. Laurence will partner with the executive leadership team during this transition by bringing scalable HR approaches and implementing best-practice globally.

“Our people are our principal asset. It’s critical to further develop our talent to prepare for our future.” said Laurence Galland. “We have approached the market with an aggressive hiring strategy. It’s now time to scale our investment through the development of internal capabilities, reinforcing our DNA, and striking the right balance between employee satisfaction and business success.“

“Our people are the best, and this appointment underscores our commitment to supporting them and optimising the HR function for true business value,” said Julien Antoine, EVP Strategy and Operations at Exclusive Networks. “Our shared culture makes us truly different and only by standing apart can we create unique value for our customers and partners. We are thrilled to welcome Laurence to this new role to build upon our skills and support our performance goals.”

Laurence Galland is a HR veteran who brings over 15 years’ experience in recruitment and HR business partnering to her role at Exclusive Networks, most recently at marketing technology company Criteo, where she generated an impressive track record in talent development and business evolution across large international teams. Her professional background has been characterised by the rapid scaling of different business units within a listed company through the application of a data-driven approach to create business value from HR.

Her rich experience will help Exclusive Networks continue to build an agile culture of inclusivity and personal growth for all, while attracting top talent to meet the evolving needs of clients in an increasingly cyber and cloud dominated world.

“I have been very impressed by the passion, the personal values and energy of the people at Exclusive. Their sense of belonging to a shared mission and the desire to move fast and be innovative is clear. This is an exciting opportunity to harness all of this human potential more consistently throughout the company to make a significant difference,” added Laurence. “My first few months will be focused on business discovery as this is critical to establishing a relevant, connected and effective HR function. I will also be forming – jointly with regional Exclusive leaders – an inclusive, impactful and phased global HR strategy to empower business success. I can already see we have a clearly defined culture and a flat, agile and highly localised structure, which is rare for the size of the organisation, but I want to explore further improvements and what more we can do to support individuals to bring even more success to Exclusive Networks.”
