Our Palo Alto Networks Authorised Support Centres (ASCs) across EMEA, DACH, and APAC, provide a 1st and 2nd line support offering for Palo Alto Networks: Exclusive Networks Premium Support. This gives end customers peace of mind for their Palo Alto Networks investment as it’s delivered to the same SLAs, but at a more affordable cost with faster response times than direct from the vendor.


Network Operations Centre (NOC)

Our 24×7, advanced Network Operations Centre makes sure your customers’ Palo Alto Networks infrastructure is available and performing as expected. Our team remotely monitors the live performance and connectivity status of Palo Alto Networks software and appliances, and alerts on, and helps to resolve any problems detected.

Our NOC team also provides proactive, preventative maintenance by delivering major and minor software upgrades under change management, coordinated within approved maintenance schedules.

X-OD is an on-demand platform that combines and enhances Palo Alto Networks technologies with Exclusive Networks’ services in one, user-friendly place.

The platform allows customers to purchase Palo Alto Networks CDSS subscriptions, VM-Series NGFWs, Prisma Access, and Cortex XDR, as monthly subscription bundles, avoiding any large, upfront payments.

The platform allows MSPs and MSSPs to grow by purchasing Palo Alto Networks in the same way they sell to their customers and accelerates the sales cycle by removing upfront payments.



Financing and Leasing Services

More and more businesses are looking at financing options to ease cashflow. Through our Exclusive Capital arm, we make deals possible around the globe.
