In a landscape that sees an ever-evolving list of cyberattacks, DDoS attacks are among the most prominent. FortiDDoS Protection Solution defends enterprise data centers against DDoS attacks by leveraging an extensive collection of known DDoS methodologies, creating a multi-layered approach to mitigate attacks. It also analyzes the behavior of data to detect new attacks, allowing it to stop zero-day threats.
FortiDDoS Protection Solution defends enterprise data centers against DDoS attacks by leveraging an extensive collection of known DDoS methodologies, creating a multi-layered approach to mitigate attacks. Participants who will attend this lab will configure FortiDDoS from scratch and using detection mode to learn the threshold and will then apply the system recommended threshold to your Service Protection Profile.
Participants who attend this workshop will learn how to:
- Setup and configure FortiDDoS from scratch.
- Configure Service Protection Profile and protection subnets
- Generate and characterize an attack
- Reduce false positive DDoS attacks
- Differentiate between FortiDDoS and FortiGate
