Here’s how you can take advantage:
- For existing quotes: Request a new quote that includes the Plus Support SKU and Shift Program link from your Proofpoint Account Manager or your Renewals Manager.
- For new quotes: Ensure eligible quotes include the Plus Support SKU and Shift Program link.
Customer Benefits:
- Shift Program: Annual flexibility to adjust SKUs in the subscription term once per year on the anniversary date of the agreement. Contracted spend does not change. Some exclusions apply.
- Plus Support: Includes 16 hours professional services per year, 1 certification per year, per customer, and an annual architecture review — all at no extra cost.
